BitWell Tutorial for Beginners (APP)

The first thing you need to know about how to trade on BitWell is how to get registered. Additionally, for a certain amount of withdrawals and transfers, you need to complete your ID verification. This article is a beginner’s tutorial that will guide you through the steps of registration, ID verification, and assets password setting.

Reminder: For the safety of your account and to minimize account-related problems in the future, we strongly recommend that you should be patient and complete all related operations according to the instructions.

1. Registration

1.Download and open the BitWell APP.

2.On the home page, click on the top left to enter your personal center and click on ‘Login/Register’ at the top.

In the pop-up window, click on ‘Register’ in the bottom left corner.

It is recommended to register directly with your mobile phone number, if you have an invitation code, you can fill it in when registering. enter your mobile phone number and drag the slider to complete the verification.

Click to get the mobile (or email) verification code and fill it in, and set your own password. If you have an invitation code, you can fill it in when you register.

Please be noted that the password must be 8-20 characters long, with a mixture of numbers and letters.

2. ID Verification

After registering, log in directly, enter your personal center again and click on ‘KYC’ below.

Tips: ID verification requires uploading photos. You can use your mobile device to take photos and then upload them to your computer. Alternatively, this step can be done directly on the mobile APP.


1. JPG or PNG format only. The size cannot exceed 15 MB.

2. ID information should be clear; reversed or post-processed images, or images with watermark or stains are not acceptable.

3.Selfie: Please provide a photo with your ID information, including portrait photo, and a handwritten note paper. You need to hold the paper and ensure your face and the ID information are clear and recognizable. On the paper, please write your BitWell account ID, and today’s date: 2686156, 2021-03-11

4.Please upload files in strict accordance with the requirements, otherwise the verification will fail.

The method of viewing your account UID:

Click on the top left corner of the APP home page to enter your personal center, where you can see your current registered account status in the original ‘Login/Registration’ position, below which is your account UID.

3. Set Fund Password

After registration, it is recommended to set a fund password.

Click User Center – Account Security – Fund password, please check the detailed process within this link: How to set fund password.

4. Enable Multi-factor Authentication

In the User Center – Account Security, you can also set up multi-factor authentication.

Note: If you have set up multi-factor authentication, you need to complete the verification at the same time when withdrawing. If you are not familiar with Google Authentication or your email is inconvenient, you can also choose not to set it. However, we strongly recommend that you should set this up, as it will help make your account more secure.

5. How to Deposit via Crypto

If you already have digital assets, you can transfer them to your BitWell account using the withdrawal function of another trading platform or wallet you already own.

Digital assets are deposited via ‘Address’. To find the address, click the upper right corner [Assets]→[Spot]→[Deposit], then input the abbreviation or full name of a coin/token that you want to deposit or select it from the list. The deposit address will be displayed; you can either copy the address or scan the deposit QR code. When you transfer a cryptocurrency from your other wallet, please use the deposit address on your BitWell account as the target address.

6. How to Withdraw via Crypto

If you would like to withdraw your digital assets from your BitWell account to another platform account or digital wallet, you can click the upper right corner [Assets]→[Spot]→[Withdraw]→Select the coin you wish to withdraw.

Digital assets are withdrawn via ‘Address’. Before withdrawing your coins, you need to find the deposit address in the corresponding platform and copy the address into the withdrawal address box of BitWell, then you can complete the process.
