BitWell Institute – Galaxy Fight Club (GCOIN) Project Analysis

1、Short Review of the Institute

As the first project in the NFT field to provide cross-IP integration, Galaxy Fight Club borrows the idea of Nintendo game “Star Smash” , adding additional revenue to players by involving NFTs from different IPs in the game, thus increasing the application scenario and use value of NFTs. In addition to adding additional value, this move also has a boosting effect on the original collection and trading value of NFT.

Another significant advantage is that all users can participate in Galaxy Fight Club games for free, and can earn while playing  regardless of whether they have NFT or not. It can be said that the project has achieved initial success in interactive practice in the NFT field.

2、Project introduction

Galaxy Fight Club’s vision is to create the Nintendo of Web3, building an open ecosystem where digital products are interoperable and players are autonomous in controlling their own IP addresses. On this cross-IP gaming platform, players will be able to use their various NFTs to fight after logging in, such as those of Bored Ape or Cryptoadz, thus allowing different IPs behind different collections to interact more authentically.

3、The role of tokens

GCOIN is the underlying in-game currency that underpins the entire Galaxy Fight Club game economy and is required for a range of in-game activities from opening loot boxes with keys (earned from battles), forging/upgrading weapons and training new second generation fighters. Therefore, it is designed to capture value from the growth of the ecosystem as the game’s user base grows and the frequency of these in-game activities increases.
